it / itsa purely synthetic creature, often seen wearing old, bulky monitor shells as helmets. it's "skin" could be described as a rubbery, stretchy latex. it is a cat in looks alone, this creature does not posess claws but it does have shark-like teeth. they're purely for defense though, tobe-cat has never been seen eating anything.
it isn't dangerous on it's own. usually 'bapping people with it's tiny "paws" when annoyed. however, those teeth are sharp, and the tobe-cat has a 250 psi bite force. it is not to be messed with!
